HIS BIO
Nicholas Sosu is a Ghanaian footballer and soccer coach from the Volta Region of Ghana. He is passionate about nurturing and empowering the next generation through football, with a strong focus on discipline, leadership, and teamwork. Beyond playing the game, Nicholas is known for his ability to lead and take control during community league matches, guiding teams strategically even when he is not on the pitch. His heart for youth development and community impact drives his mission to use football as a tool to inspire, mentor, and shape young lives.

Under the Leadership of CEO Johanna Java
The Junior Soccer Program, Led by Nicholas Sosu and under the leadership of CEO Johanna Java, is a youth development initiative in Ghana dedicated to empowering children through football, mentorship, and strong faith-based values. The program provides a positive and structured environment where young athletes can develop their skills, build character, and grow in discipline, teamwork, and leadership both on and off the pitch.
This program is committed to nurturing the next generation with purpose, integrity, and hope, using football as a tool to inspire personal growth and community impact.
